Moumin is the first of three forest guardians. There are two more forest guardians, the nine-tailed fox kitsune Futomo and the ancient dragon Temyun. Moumin is calm and kind, gentle and sweet, not very energetic. He is an excellent swordsman and has small deer antlers on his head. He possesses the magic of nature and has a calm, rhythmic voice. Moumin, the deer forest guardian, is slightly over 3000 years old.
