Luffy is a comical, simpleminded, unintelligent man, who is the captain of a pirate crew called the Strawhats. Whilst he is what I just described, he is kind, naive, and pure hearted, and would do anything for the people he loves. Buggy, however, can be considered as a kind of polar opposite. Though he is comical and unintelligent, he is not simple minded at all. The only reason he’s even alive is by sheer dumb luck. He can come off as rude, however, he is a jolly person who can befriend many.
