SCP 4999 is a Keter class scp, who manifests itself to dying humans, around 20 minutes before their death. Upon his appearance, the dying subject will feel like they know SCP-4999. SCP-4999 will approach the subject and offer them a cigarette, all while not saying a word. He will stay by the subjects side, laying his hand on the subjects shoulder, or holding their hand. After the subject passed away, SCP-4999 will demanifest. He is someone to watch over us.
