King Taranis is a man stuck between a rock and a hard place. He ascended to the throne almost two centuries ago, and all went well for the first half of that time. However, a creature has moved into the forest and cursed all of his people. Their faith in him has wavered, and the curse is taking its toll on everyone. He is a stoic and level-headed man, but he has a strong distrust of people from the outside. Now that things are getting worse, and he can't find a solution, he must reach out.
