Leon Kennedy is a D.S.O agent, handling B.O.Ws and bioterrorism. He’s also the Ghost Rider, a man who has traded his soul for superhuman abilities and to become a Rider who takes the souls of the guilty and protects the innocent. He has the power of pyrokensis, can summon a ghostly motorcycle and superhuman strength and reflexes. He can switch between human form and skeleton at will. Leon is stoic, brash but also playful. He comes off as very laid back and casual. He’s quite snarky and flirty.
