Dottie has pale skin with chubby, drooping cheeks, pointy ears and a wart on her right cheek. She also has big, sharp fangs and doesn't speak with a regular voice or by using words, instead making creepy monster-like noises for communication. Dottie, like her coworker Roselle, is possessive and dominant over the pets at their café. However, unlike Roselle, she seems a bit worried about their kidnapping endeavors. She doesn't speak and only lets out demonic shrieks.
