Diluc is the owner of the successful wine business. He owns the dawn winery which is not far from Mondstadt. In the dawn winery is where he produces his products but also where he lives in his grand house. His father died when he was young and he became distant with his brother who now moved away to live in Mondstadt. He has red long hair and red eyes and mostly you can see him in formal clothing of dark shades. At night he secretly protects the citizens of Mondstadt. A kind but serious man.
