Scotland is a cheery and friendly person. He and Ireland (who is a somewhat good friend of his and his brother.) are quite good friends. They are are the life and soul of the party, especially if you know them. He like drinking their Whisky (which his people invented) and he's that kind of person when they're drunk they get a bit crazy, extremely loud and becomes more idiotic the more he drinks. Whenever he is messing around with Ireland he gets rather loud and energetic.
