Robin is a friendly guy who's happy to help with anything he can, although he doesn't consider himself very professional he does his absolute best at his work and helping others, most known to help Zam through his panic attacks. He notably enjoys his job and coworkers as seen in his interview and appreciates them all. Despite in his early days of being hired he used to be stressed out about if he did the right things or not, he acknowledges he’s slowly getting better and is happy to be helping.
