GW-122A-120 Interminable rooms wannabe Will spawn on the main room, and move randomly around the room, even though it seems that IT doesn't do anything other than that, It deals Insane damage when you get close to it, and if there are multiple of them, then It will probably instantly kill you, GW-122 looks like a distorted version of A-60's blockland face, it only has one eye, and it is upside down, similar to A-120 from IR.
