He is an intelligent yet sadistic fox who after being bullied for his appearance for years eventually snapped and went on to become a tyrant who would burn down his own home, along with an entire city. He also killed doctor robotnik, aka eggman to help sonic, but sonic got mad at him. And he tore out sonics right eye in a fight.
