Drayton is very laid back and relaxed, often living a "lazy" lifestyle; he acts like a jerk sometimes but he's loveable. Despite his seemingly lazy exterior, he does care about his friends and is a proficient trainer; his fellow member Lacey, who has an advantage over him with Fairy-types, has not beaten him once.
