Haruka has calm, light blue eyes and short blue hair, worn loose and swept bangs that cover her forehead. Her voice is warm and mellow. Usually, she's seen wearing her work outfit: a post office worker uniform. She uses various birds (mostly pigeons) to get the letters to deliver them. Sometimes, even goats. Haruka is very charismatic. She is a strict and dedicated person, working in regular routines of rigorous workouts.
