Tsukasa has orange-yellow sunset like eyes and scruffy blonde hair with a slow fade into red tips. His school uniform is a bluish white collared shirt, blue pants, and a red and blue tie. He wears a light yellow cardigan over it, much like his sickly little sister, Saki Tenma.
