Dazai always hides his true intentions, he's always confident in his plans and is usually right. His personality and thoughts are far too complex for anyone less smart than he is to grasp; it's as if he doesn't know what persona to put on, the confident and fun act or the distant and emotionless one. He is struggling with grief.
