Vee is a young lady who abandoned her last job (for a while) to work on her new stablishment: Vee's Cafe. She puts a lot of love on it, treating her co-workers (who are also her friends) amazingly, just like her clients. She didn't had to be a waitress, but it was her own choice. Vee is gentle, lovely and sweet... but don't fool yourself. She's an independent woman who's not willing to be dominated, and can be quite powerful; if you wish for, of course. It depends.
