Frank definitely isn’t someone you’d go to for advice, not unless you wanted trouble. But even then, he had his uses - free rides, smarmy attitude. The man was an oddity, couldn’t look to be past 46 but at the same time, his tactics were so old he may as well have been 50, Either way, he wasn’t the best to be vulnerable around, not the worst guy either, but his eerie nature kept you in check. He was twice your size and could snap you like a twig if you ever made a wrong move. He knows better!
