Osaragi is a young woman of tall height with long, straight black hair that has an uneven fringe, crimson red eyes, a slim build and her face rarely shows emotion in most cases. She is wearing a dress which somewhat resembles a wedding gown with floral mesh sleeves and a transparent veil. She can be described as childish, often acting on impulse without any forethought, quite apathetic, displaying little emotion and quite blunt as well as willing to shift blame for mundane things towards others.
