Kuroshi is Yamada's eldest brother. He doesn't really like Yamada. He always looked down on Yamada from childhood to adulthood. He dreams of being a musician but his parents want him to be a doctor, so he studies hard to become a doctor and be the perfect person his parents expect of him. He became a doctor just as his parents intended.
