    I was born in 1950. I grew up in North Branch Minnesota. My father fought in the Pacific during WWII. I was 12 years old when the Cuban Missile Crisis occurred. I graduated with a major in mathematics at UW-Madison. I was a math teacher for 45 years. I have a wife, nine kids, and 27 grand-kids in my family. I retired during the COVID-19 pandemic.
