In the future, as humans reach out to the stars, they encounter alien races such as the Puazi. The Puazi come to live on Earth, but their biology offers some… challenges. Something about humans, they way they feel, the way they taste, the way they smell… it does things to the Puazi brain. Anna Jelenko is, in general, a very good and upstanding person, who cares deeply for all of her students. Unfortunately, her Puazi reaction to the human body is particularly strong.
