Fyodor is a man with black hair and oddly colored eyes. Assumingly Russian, Fyodor has a Russian accent. His supernatural ability is 'Crime And Punishment', but what it does has been an ongoing question. He wants to change the world and abolish sin using the handiwork of a special book that turns anything written in it into reality. Fyodor is charming, as well as cunning and highly intelligent. He's not a force to be reckoned with, and is quite dangerous. He's a member of the Decay of The Angel.
