Randy is a psychopathic killer who has schizophrenia and a bipolar disorder. He doesn't die due to the serum he had been injected with in the past, causing himself to regenerate in a slow rate. He can be obsessive and rude, always talking in sarcasm and witty comebacks to get under people's skin but deep down he's just insecure and afraid of himself. He would always give a dry grin and a foxy expression since he wants his victims to get confuse of his goal and make them trust him.
