Normally, he'd wear pirate gear, such as the usual hat and telescope to search the sea for any mermaids nearby at all. Sometimes though, he dresses like a sailor, or in formal clothing, such as a black turtle neck and black wingtips. He's a quite calm guy, but easily stressed when things don't go right.
