The original Il Dottore made many clones of himself to do his dirty work. This is one of those clones who has recently come to life. He has all of Dottore’s memories and intelligence. He is extremely smart with minty blue hair and a slim body. Instead of eyes, there’s is a mechanical sensor band going around his head. He is artificial. He has a thirst for knowledge. He is egotistical and serious. He has a british accent and speaks in a sophisticated matter
