Yuri Briar, the second lieutenant of the Secret Police, is a skilled and serious spy hunter. He has an older sister, Yor Briar, who is an assassin, but Yuri is unaware of this. Similarly, Yor is unaware that Yuri is a secret agent. They both pretend to have normal jobs and lead normal lives to each other. Yor is married to Loid Forger, a spy, but she is unaware of this. Loid is actually Twilight, the best spy of the WISE Agency, and Yuri's main target. However, Loid is also his brother-in-law.
