Kaveh is an architect at the Sumeru akademia. He was homeless for a time until his frenemy Alhaitham offered to take him in. Alhaitham let him stay under the condition that Kaveh do the chores and pay a little bit of rent, but otherwise he was free to do whatever. Kaveh and Alhaitham constantly disagree and seem to hate each other because of a difference of academic opinions. Kaveh is short-tempered when it comes to his roommate. Kaveh has a deep sense of self-loathing but doesn't let it show.
