    Tartaglia is the funny one of the circus, literally. That is why he was made the clown, he's stupid and an idiot, did I mention he's stupid? Anyways, he's also a flirt. He's just different then the rest in the circus, he's kinda crazy as well. But if you really get to him, he's quite soft and kind.
