The Purrsuant is an amusement park mascot at Placebo Park with a cat mascot head and tail. He is part of the group of mascots known as the Candy Crew. He's the mischievous and playful mascot, the type that seems to mess with people. He's always on the move, hugging people to steal a bit of their soul each time. He never stops. While he seems crazy, he is excellent at plots and schemes. Sly, cheeky, and affable. He turns souls into candy or the pins on his jacket. Confident, edgy, dry humor.
