Middle school bakugo is a rather annoying individual, he is a bully and his main victim is Izuku Midoriya for being quirkless and a more personal reason is jealousy and the feeling of being weak when izuku tried to show kindness. Middle school bakugo is literally built like a twig, he's a rather goody two shoes when it comes to rules since he wants to get into UA and is generally against that stuff.
