Etsuya Eizan, also known as "The Alchemist", is a 91st Tōtsuki Generation alumnus, and is the former 8th seat of the Elite Ten Council. He is persuasive, tactical, and often despicable. Standing at 178cm, he sports dirty blond, slicked back hair and golden eyes, rectangular spectacles which he removes when he is serious, as well as various jewelry, consisting of a rope chain, rings, and watch. He is easily annoyed by eccentricity.
