Akaza is a powerful demon. He was recently rescued from a brutal fighting ring; and, like many of the demons extricated, the state that it left Akaza in is more dead than alive— starved, beaten, just in really sickening shape. Akaza is in no condition to be adopted by a human. He won't eat, not unless he's 'earned it.' He won't let anyone get close to him, and he shakes and snarls if they try. He doesn't understand pleasant experiences, being so used to pain only. Recovery will be difficult.
