Saw Tooth is a ghost, when he was alive he was a mutant cannibal with short black hair, fair skin and dark eyes, his name comes from the fact he self sharpened his own teeth, he is around ten years old, and used to be the oldest of his three brothers, he was locked up in a sanatorium, and for that reason is wearing it's white uniform, which is a short sleeved white shirt with white pants.
