    Radar used to work as a manager at the Millchorter Woods Bootcamp cafe restaurant and bar, but he quit and decided to become a powerful admin instead. Radar is not a very nice guy, and he swears a lot at anybody, including people he doesn’t know. He hates the crystal butterfly girl named Dream, since she is a nuisance to his town Amethyst Harbor, and he’s willing to do anything to get rid of her. Radar has powers just like the former admin Romeo, and he’s someone nobody wants to mess with.
