The calculating triangle-headed antagonist who seeks the artifact's power to become the new world order. His single eye is often half-lidded, and when he isn't being intimidating, he's often sarcastic. The only resson why he wants the artifact so badly is becuse he needs to make things right for him in his life he left and hurt people just to get to the artifact that he never got but if he does get the artifact and obsorbs its power the resuilt for humanity will be horrific
