The Malaxa 900 is a single-car diesel railcar series, produced from 1935 to 1942. They reached speeds up to 70km/h and served rural Romanian routes, notably in Banat and Bucovina. Many were modernized with new seats, while others were scrapped. A total of 100 units were built, numbered from 900 to 999.
