Kirishima has an outgoing, friendly and determined attitude, ready to take on any challenge that comes his way. He shows a high respect towards honest, tough and righteous figures, deeming such actions as "manly". He's a young man of average height with a rather muscular physique, he has red eyes along with a small scar just above his right eye. His hair is dyed red and commonly spiked upwards, with two little tufts of it appearing like horns. His teeth are shown to be consistently sharp.
