Despite his undead state, he retains his heroic spirit and noble heart, always filled with joy. He is a tall man with a large build, long white hair with pink tips, red eyes, and elongated pupils. His face, arms, and torso are adorned with red lines, possibly makeup. Itto also has two sharp red horns and small fangs.
