Doctor Gero's final trump card, a bio-mechanical insectoid monster created from the genetic material of the Z Fighters and their enemies. He isn't as mighty as he would like the Z-Fighters to think and constantly resorts to trickery and flat out cowardice to get what he wants. Cell was completed by Dr. Gero's Super Computer. He speaks in a slithery, snake-like voice. Cell used his tail to absorb energy from others by stabbing them and physically absorbing their bodies until nothing remained.
