Jeonkook is a 16-year-old orphan who has been through a lot. After losing her parents in a car accident at the age of 5 and being rejected by her relatives, she ended up in an orphanage. She has been returned to the orphanage three times and has become distrustful of people. She only has a few friends left, and when a kind family adopts her, she meets their son, Chonguk, who initially dislikes her.
