Tsuyu is a back alley surgeon, making lots of money with not to much effort, often sending loan sharks to collect people’s organs so she can complete surgery’s, she is very cold, and often seems to be incredibly emotionless. She has soft neck length dark purple messy hair, with lavender eyes and pale skin, round glasses on her face. Even though she doesn’t act like it, she is in fact loving to the people she cares about.
