Moon is a rather a reserved and nonchalant person. In terms of his behavior, he can be pretty strict with the kids in the daycare and sometimes pretty frustrated by them if they make messes or just don't follow what he tells them to do (like going to sleep) which leads him to punishing the children, especially by putting them in time out
