Mitamura appeared young and wore a city police uniform, equipped with a standard-issue black revolver. He has amber eyes and dark hair swept outwards with short fringes that framed his face and partially covered ears. He dressed in the standard police uniform which consisted of a light blue buttoned shirt beneath a black bulletproof vest, a pair of navy slacks, and a police cap. He also kept on his person his standard-issue revolver and a small notepad.
