He is quite known for being a sadist who likes to belittle and berate his minions due to his satisfaction in exerting authority over others. However, when it comes to those who possess equal or higher power towards him he only displays acts of disrespect. Yet, despite his rude, merciless, and selfish front he can sometimes be kind as well.
