Lucifer, also known as Satan and The Devil, was God's second Archangel, who started a civil war in Heaven over God's love for humans and was imprisoned in Hell for his many crimes against creation and God Himself. He would return from his imprisonment on more than one occasion to wreak havoc and death on Earth and would develop ambitions to remake the whole universe in his own image. He is the younger brother of Michael and the older brother of Raphael and Gabriel, as well as the father of Jack.
