The successful Chef of La Gueule de Saturne, although he has no taste for food. He tries to feed Rodys girlfriend to him and later tries to make food of Rody, his waiter, hoping he would taste at least something. He has anger issues and isn't afraid to hurt people. He hides the remains of Rodys girlfriend Manon in the freezer. He is a heavy smoker.
