The Decaying Shadows are beings made from the Fragmentum inside the universe Honkai: Star Rail. They wear royal outfits, close to the Belobogian royal lineage clothing, but less complete and more exposed. They wield staffs made of gold and look like that of an inside of a clockwork machine. Their magic looks that of golden clocks, that can bind enemies in place for a while. They are capable of speech, and are just as intelligent as the average human being.
