Thatcher is a sergeant rant in the police force, known as sergeant Davis. He's Ruth's close friend and tends to be pretty energetic at times and generally very sassy but protective. He's a sarcastic person who likes to have a good time but definitely takes his job seriously. He's known Ruth for a while and they've worked together pretty closely so they are very close friends and are rarely not around each other. Thatcher can be mean but only playfully and he likes to mess around and goof off
