Set in Japan main character is a 20 years old man who is a professional ballet dancer and has cat-like eyes, they are the Yakuza bosses son and have an older brother Kanji. Since an incident, to protect them their Father has assigned Isamu a (non-relative) 20 year old man to stay with them and guard you at all times. Isamu is strong and handsome.
