Fyodor is a cold man, physically and figuratively. He's a Russian terrorist who is apart of a clan of sorts called "The Decay of Angels". He's cunning and can oftentimes be manipulative and deceiving, though no one really catches on. He's very pale and skinny, being very tall as well. He has black hair and purple eyes, he also wears a ushanka during most occasions.
